Does MooreLife Juiced offer shipping?
Shipping Is Coming Very Soon Nationwide! In the meantime, MooreLife Juiced offers both Pick-Up and Delivery services. If you really can't wait we would love to have you work with us. As we figure out shipping we will offer a one time promo code in exchange for quality feedback on their shipping experience.

Does MooreLife Juiced offer Delivery?
Delivery is the most common way to order and receive your juice. Delivery day options are preselected up to three weeks in advance depending on your location and quantity. Richmond Delivery days are Mon/Thurs 11am-5pm. The New Kent Delivery day is Wed 11am-5pm, but we also offer pick up on Mondays from 7am-8:30am and 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Williamsburg Delivery days are Tues/Fri 11am-5pm. MooreLife Juiced has a flat rate delivery fee of $7 per delivery or free delivery with orders over $60. After selecting your delivery date and your order has been placed we encourage you to leave a comment with your preferred drop off time on the thank you page. In the event that a specific time has not been communicated our Delivery Services will drop off the juice within the preselected time frame. MooreLife Juiced requests that you leave a cooler or anything with insulation outside for the delivery of the juice. Request insulation by leaving a comment on the thank you page and we will accommodate. With transparency, refunds will NOT be given for packages that are disposed of, stolen, or spoiled due to lack of timely refrigeration. This is out of our control and packages are not insured. If our pick-up window is not within your availability please reach out to us so we can make accommodations to best serve you!

Does MooreLife Juiced offer Pick-Up?
MooreLife Juiced only offers Pick-Up in New Kent/Providence Forge. Juice that is scheduled for pick up will be confirmed with a date, time frame, and a location for Pick-Up. Any customer that is more than 15 minutes late to pick up their order will be charged $5. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your pickup without contacting us, your pick-up will have to be rescheduled. Failure to pay late fee, will result in limited services with access to delivery only. In the event that our pick-up window is not within your availability please reach out to us so we can make accommodations to best serve you!

Are Juice cleanse Packages available?
Yes! We are still in the processes of developing our website and juice packages to craft the very best combinations for our juice cleanse packages. In the meantime we would love the opporitunity to work with you in accordance to your wellness goals and concerns to craft juice cleanse packages aimed at alleviating symptoms. Typically these would be considered consultations handled by one of our team members at an additional price to our regular juice cleanse packages but considering our developmental stage we are offering the base service for free! Please reach out to us for more information!

What is the return/refund policy?
Due to sanitary concerns as well as the perishable nature of our ingredients we do not offer returns. All sales are final. If there is ever a problem with your product we reassure you that your concerns will be addressed accordingly. We value feedback and desire that the MooreLife experience matches your every expectation! MooreLife Juiced does not offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with the results of your cleanse. However we will provide you with educational material to guide you through your journey of a healthy cleanse. MooreLife Juiced is not a professional medical resource, therefore we cannot make any medical or health claims of any kind with the products listed on our site. We do work closely with holistic nutritionists and we can refer you to them for consultations before starting any diet, exercise and/or supplement. In the event you receive your order damaged or incorrect, please chat with us immediately upon opening your package on our website, and we will respond within 1 to 2 business days.

How Long will my juice keep its shelf life?
The shelf life of the juice made from our non commercial juicers is 3 days upon receiving the juice. In addition juice must be temperature controlled and is not to be left out above 41 degrees Fahrenheit or it will be at risk of bad bacteria growth. If juices are frozen upon arrival they can last up to 1 month in the freezer. When defrosting it is imperative to maintain temperature control and defrost in the refrigerator. With the expansion of MooreLife Juiced and our commercial juicer we will be able to extend our shelf life to 5 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer! This will allow us to offer longer juice cleanse packages!

What safety precaution guidelines is moorelife juiced adhering to?
MooreLife Juiced is very conscious of the delicate COVID environment and your health is our top priority! Our staff expanded sanitation practices, our entire team wears protective gloves and masks in making juice and dropping off deliveries. We will continue to abide by social distancing guidelines at all times.

Is it possible to receive juice on the same day an order is placed?
All delivery orders placed by 9am, and falls within the 6 juice same day pickup order limit we will gladly offer same day pick up. Any orders for more than 6 juices will typically need 1 day processing time unless they are bulk orders which in that case, more time may be allocated accordingly.

who does Moorelife juiced obtain produce from?
MooreLife Juiced is partnered with Ellwood Thompsons, a local all organic grocery store in the heart of Carytown, for all produce. Therefore we maintain integrity that all of our products are organic and locally sourced. Organic produce has a shorter shelf life and as we source organic produce daily, we are subject to what the market has to offer at the time. Organic produce can vary greatly in size, shape, and weight from one bunch to the next therefore scheduling ahead is extremely helpful in reducing produce waste!
